DAY 1 We leave the country's vibrant capital of Windhoek for the Waterberg Plateau - a region of interesting geological formations and vegetation. We overnight at a private campsite. We spend the day enjoying the magnificent scenery, as well as seeing the wildlife and birds of the area.

DAY 2 & 3 We travel to the word-famous Etosha National Park, spending the next two days exploring the eastern section of this brilliant wildlife reserve. The game-viewing is excellent and we spend the night camping in an exclusive location.

DAY 4 We travel onto the western section of this huge reserve, to view the wildlife on the other side of the park. We visit Okaukejo and go on extensive game-drives. At night, we view nocurnal wildlife at a floodlit waterhole. We spend the night at the park's bungalows.

DAY 5 & 6 From Etosha, we leave for northern Damaraland. This is a region of great scenic beauty, well-known for its pristine wilderness state. It is the only place where one may see free-ranging black rhino in the world and we go looking for them in these days. Our nights are spent camping in the wild.

DAY 7 & 8 We travel southwards through Damaraland and take in the attractions on offer here. These include unique San rock art paintings. We spend our nights camping in the wild.

DAY 9 & 10 We leave for Swakopmund, a quaint coastal town on the Atlantic Ocean. Still strongly influenced by the colonial German powers, Swakopmund is a charming holiday town well-loved by both locals and foreigners. We also visit the seal colony at Cape Cross and enjoy optional excursions in an around the town. We spend the night at a hotel.

DAY 11 & 12 One of the highlights of the tour will be the Namib Naukluft Park It is one of the world's oldest deserts, but what makes it more spectacular, are the dunes at Sossusvlei - rated as the highest in the world.
