Our escorted tour through South Africa is at a relaxed pace giving you time to savour each area. You begin in Cape Town and then explore the Garden Route before flying to Durban. Continue north for a safari through Maputaland, Swaziland and the Kruger Park. End with the Drakensberg escarpment and Johannesburg. LUXURY accommodation.

Day 1 : Depart Cape Town Airport, 3 nights Radisson Hotel, Cape Town Waterfront, Bed & Breakfast. Private transfer from Cape Town Airport to the Radisson Hotel or similar for 3 nights. Rest of day at leisure.

Day 2 : Half Day Table Mountain and Cape Town City Tour - Take the cable car up Table Mountain weather permitting, (exclude tickets for cable car) before exploring the historical city sights. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 3 : Full Day, Cape of Good Hope and Winelands - Full day tour visiting the Cape of Good Hope and Chapman's Peak with wine tasting and a tour of Stellenbosch in the afternoon.

Day 4 : Route 62, 1 night, Queens Hotel, Oudtshoorn, Dinner, bed & breakfast
Drive along the picturesque Route 62. Port tasting in Calitzdorp en route to Oudtshoorn. Overnight Queens Hotel or similar.

Day 5 : Full day Little Karoo tour, 2 nights, Belvidere Manor, Knysna, Dinner, Bed & Breakfast
Full day exploration of the Little Karoo, visiting the Cango Caves, an ostrich farm and the Bartholomeus Diaz maritime museum at Mossel Bay. Drive past lakes and wetlands to Knysna for 2 nights stay at Belvidere Manor or Similar

Day 6 : Knysna Touring - Wide variety of leisure activities on offer (additional tours for your own account). Your guide is on hand for touring the area. Dinner at Knysna Waterfront.

Day 7 : 1 night, Beach Hotel, Port Elizabeth, Bed & Breakfast
Head to Plettenberg Bay and the verdant Tsitsikamma forest to visit the Garden of
Eden and Storms River. Overnight Beach Hotel (or similar) in Port Elizabeth.

Day 8 : Flight to Durban, 1 night, Ballito Manor, Bed & Breakfast
Time at leisure prior to your flight to Durban and transfer to Ballito Manor (or similar) on the Indian Ocean. (Flight is excluded)

Day 9 : 1 night, Phinda Forest Lodge, Dinner, Bed & Breakfast
Drive through sugar cane plantations to the St Lucia wetlands for a boat cruise on the lake. Continue to Phinda Private Game Reserve (or similar) for an afternoon game drive in open 4x4 vehicles.

Day 10 : 1 night, Swaziland, Dinner, Bed & Breakfast
Early morning game drive before entering Swaziland to visit the vibrant craft markets and the Swazi candle factory. Overnight Royal Swazi Hotel or Reilly's Lodge.

Day 11 : 1 night, Sabi Sands, Dinner, Bed & Breakfast
Visit the Ngwenya glass factory before heading north to the Kruger National Park. Game-viewing en route to an exclusive private game lodge in the Sabi Sands arriving in time for high tea and an exciting afternoon 4x4 game drive.

Day 12 : Panorama Route Tour, 1 night, Lone Creek Lodge, Dinner, Bed & Breakfast
After an early morning game drive, explore Pilgrims Rest and the magnificent Blyde River Canyon to see the Three Rondavels, Bourne's Luck potholes and God?s Window. Overnight at Lone Creek River Lodge or similar.

Day 13 : 1 night, Melrose Arch Hotel, Johannesburg, Bed & Breakfast
Visit the Lone Creek waterfalls and Sabie before heading over the historic Long Tom's Pass to Johannesburg. Overnight at the funky Melrose Arch Hotel or similar.

Day 14 : Morning tour of Soweto. Transfer to Airport. Morning tour of Soweto. Time at leisure prior to afternoon transfer to Johannesburg Airport for ownwards arrangements.
