Kenya & Tanzania Weddings

Wedding Packages include assistance with permit formalities, accommodation and special meals and activities for the bride, groom and their guests. Planning, meals, pastor or civil ceremony, gala reception, wedding cake and photographer are among the inclusions. Optional bridal shower and boys' night out can also be added to the package.

BRIDE ON THE BEACH

The view for miles around is of infinite blue and white pristine sands, the palms are swaying in the gentle Indian Ocean breeze. At sunset the sun meets the sea and embraces it in a hue of colours, the whole sea seems alight. Day 1 Mombasa
Upon arrival into Mombasa, you will be met and transferred to the south coast of Mombasa where you will spend the next 6 days at Kole Kole & Spa. Overnight at Kole Kole and Spa on all inclusive basis.

Day 2/3 Mombasa
At leisure, enjoying the beach and the facilities available at the hotel. Two overnights at Kole Kole and Spa on all inclusive basis.

Day 4 Mombasa
Morning at leisure, late afternoon the Bride & Groom will enjoy being pampered at the Afra Bora Wellness Club.

BRIDE IN THE BUSH

The Trend to get married at an exotic, romantic or tropical setting surrounded by family and friends in a more intimate affair with just the bride and groom and witness is growing. For some, a destination wedding in a smaller, more private way may be more in keeping with the couples relationship and personal style for those who want a wedding with difference, a "Bush wedding" in the Masai Mara is the place, one of the most well known game parks in Kenya, the open grasslands is home to an incredibly rich and varied wildlife and the awesome, annual migration of millions of wildebeest and antelope is the highlight of many a visit to Africa.

Day 1 Nairobi
Upon arrival into Nairobi, you will be met and transferred to The Sarova Stanley hotel. Overnight at The Sarova Stanley hotel on a bed and breakfast basis.

The Sarova Stanley Hotel
Situated in the city centre, it was where the travellers, including Earnest Hemingway, gathered for a drink at the legendary Thorn Tree Café before or after a long safari. A message board on the acacia xanthophildea tree is used by travellers to make contact with fellow travellers. The 220 room hotel has been refurbished to a high standard and still retains the original Victorian charm. Bedrooms with private bathrooms are very comfortable while the restaurants serve excellent international cuisine. The gym is excellent, pool large and conference facilities extremely modern.

Day 2 Nairobi
This morning after breakfast you will be collected from the hotel and taken to the local registrar to apply for the marriage licence.
Overnight at The Sarova Stanley hotel on a bed and breakfast basis.

Day 3 Nairobi - Masai Mara
After breakfast Guests will be collected from the hotel and transferred to Wilson Airport for the scheduled flight to the Masai Mara. Flight departs Nairobi at 1000hrs and arrives at approx 1100hrs into Masai Mara. Upon arrival, you will be met by a guide from camp and drive to the camp. Following lunch, there will be an afternoon game drive returning to camp as the sun sets. If you arrive in the afternoon, you will be transferred to the camp.
Overnight at Governors Camp on a full board basis.

Governors' Camp
Governors' Camp lies on the banks of the Mara River in the west of the famous Masai Mara Game Reserve. The camp is in a spot once reserved for the colonial governors of Kenya and their royal visitors. When created in 1972, it set new standards in luxury as a tented camp, placing particular emphasis on comfort and service. Maintaining these qualities, the camp has been refined and improved over the years. However, special care has been taken to preserve an atmosphere in which today's traveller may share some of the experiences of a classic safari and enjoy the landscape and wildlife that so inspired adventurers such as Hemingway. Tents are carefully positioned for uninterrupted views from their verandas and are stylishly decorated. Niceties such as early morning tea and ginger biscuits are brought to your tent and daily meals are absolutely delicious. Many people dress up for dinner! Activities are extremely flexible with walking and 4x4 safaris offered.

Day 4 Masai Mara
Rising at dawn with tea and coffee, then a game drive before breakfast, catching the animals before the heat of the day sets in. Rest of the morning at leisure, and then further game drives in the afternoon before returning to the camp as the sun sets.

Day 5 Masai Mara
Today is your "Special Day", the wedding day, the camp will organise a memorable day for the happy couple, ensuring the day is a unique one.

Day 6 Masai Mara - Nairobi
Following an early morning game drive and breakfast, there will be a transfer back to the airstrip for the scheduled flight to Nairobi. Flight departs Mara at 1100hrs and arrives into Nairobi at 1215hrs. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to Jomo Kenaytta airport for your onward flight connection. End of our services.

Day 1 - Arrive Arusha Tanzania. Transfer on arrival to the hotel.Serena Mountain Village

Day 2 - breakfast, then you will be assisted with government formalities for marriage license.

Day 3 - breakfast. Drive to Karatu. Lunch at Gibb's Farm. Walk in the village and farmland. Continue to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge, All meals included here.

Day 4 - Crater Tour. Lunch at the lodge. Drive to Lake Manyara. Lake Manyara Serena Lodge. Meals included.

Day 5 - Gala wedding event. Afternoon at leisure. Special dinner in the evening.

Day 6 - Morning at leisure. Afternoon flight from Manyara Airstrip to Grumeti River Airstrip departing 1540 arriving 1630. Transfer to the camp. Kirawira Camp. Meals included.
