Botswana and Zambia Lodge Safari
DAY 1: JOHANNESBURG via VICTORIA
FALLS / LIVINGSTONE to CHOBE NATIONAL PARK
Fly from Johannesburg into either Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe) or
Livingstone (Zambia) from where you are transferred by road to
Kasane on the Chobe River (+- 1½ - 2 hours). Accommodation
at the Mowana Safari Lodge on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis,
including 2 game activities per day (Game drive in 4x4 or game
viewing Cruise).
DAY
2: CHOBE NATIONAL PARK
Mowana Safari Lodge offers a luxurious escape in the African wilderness.
Built on the banks of the Chobe River, the resort lodge offers
luxury en-suite rooms with balconies over-looking the river and
Caprivi floodplains. Relax by the pool, or indulge in a sundowner
at the Savuti bar. Accommodation at the Mowana Safari Lodge on
a dinner, bed and breakfast basis, including 2 game activities
per day (Game drive in 4x4 or game viewing Cruise).
DAY 3: CHOBE NATIONAL PARK to LIVINGSTONE
You are transferred by road and river from the Mowana Safari Lodge
in Botswana to the Stanley Safari Lodge in Livingstone, Zambia
(+- 1½ - 2 hours). Accommodation at the Stanley Safari
Lodge on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis.
DAY 4: LIVINGSTONE
The 8 individually designed cottages of the Stanley Safari Lodge
afford unique views across the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park to
the mighty Zambezi River and the Victoria Falls. Dine under the
stars on the lawns of the main house or in the privacy of your
cottage. Accommodation at the Stanley Safari Lodge on a dinner,
bed and breakfast basis.
DAY
5: LIVINGSTONE to LOWER ZAMBEZI
A short road transfer will take you from Stanley Safari Lodge
to Livingstone Airport to join your light aircraft charter to
Lusaka (+- 1½ hours). On arrival Lusaka you are transferred
to another aircraft for a short 30-minute flight over the Lower
Zambezi escarpment to Royal Airstrip. On arrival at Royal you
are be met by a representative from Kiubo Camp who will transfer
you by road to the Lodge. Accommodation at Kiubo Camp on a full
board basis including 2 activities per day.
DAY 6/7: LOWER ZAMBEZIKiubo Camp is situated
on the northern banks of the Zambezi River under a canopy of magnificent
African Ebony and Tamarind trees. This exclusive tented camp comprises
8 tastefully decorated twin-bedded en-suite safari tents with
private verandas. The main thatched lounge / dining room / bar
provides excellent river sightings of wildlife and excellent cuisine
in a secluded bush setting. The many activities include game viewing
in 4x4 and by boat, day and night game drives, canoeing and fishing.
Accommodation at Kiubo Camp on a full board basis including 2
activities per day.
DAY 8: LOWER ZAMBEZI via LUSAKA to JOHANNESBURG
After breakfast you are transferred by road to Royal airstrip
(+- 20 minutes)
The itinerary and air transfers will depend on
local conditions and are subject to point of arrival

Includes: Accommodation with dinner, bed
and breakfast in Chobe and Livingstone, and full board in Lower
Zambezi, activities as per itinerary, road and boat transfers,
light aircraft charters (Lvi-Lun-Royal and Royal-Lun) and regional
flights (Jnb-Vfa/Lvi and Lun/Jnb).
Excludes: All drinks and mineral water,
lunches in Chobe and Livingstone, Zambian airport taxes (USD5
per person local & USD20 per person International), excursions/entrances
in Victoria Falls, visa costs, gratuities and items of a personal
nature.
