Day 06 - Longmen Grottoes.
Transfer to train station. Xian/Luoyang by Bullet Train #TBA (First class - included.) Arrive Luoyang, commence sightseeing to include: - Lunch at a local restaurant - Longmen Grottoes.

The grottoes and niches of Longmen contain the largest and most impressive collection of Chinese art of the late Northern Wei and Tang Dynasties (316-907). These works, entirely devoted to the Buddhist religion, represent the high point of Chinese stone carving.

Registration:
- A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking
- The remainder of the tour cost is payable 65 days prior to departure
- If the reservation is made within 60 days of departure, the entire tour price must be paid at the time of confirmation

Cancellation terms:
- Cancellations received 90 days or more prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of USD 200 per person
- Cancellations received between 89 and 61 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of USD 300 per person or 8% of the tour price whichever is higher
- Cancellations received between 60 and 46 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of 13% of the tour price
- Cancellations received between 45 and 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of 23% of the tour price
- Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of 53% of the tour price
- Cancellations received 14 days or less prior to departure will be subject to a forfeiture of the entire tour price

Remarks:
- Quotation is based on minimum of 2/3/4/6 full paying guests traveling together
- Rates quoted are subject to reconfirm when an actual booking is being made
- The itinerary may change by local guides according to the actual traffic and weather condition
- Other similar hotels will be offered if any above hotels are not available upon request
- No refund can be made if guests cancelled all service on spot, no show and early departure

- Supplement cost will be added if any guest requires separate or individual transfers or sightseeing
- Supplement cost will be charged for an airport transfer between 10.30pm to 8.00am

- Above rates is not applied the period of special holidays in China such as national holidays and closed out dates of Hotels
- Air tickets are subject to change until ticket issuance

Protection & Precautions:
Valuable items (including cash, passports, medications, jewelry, electronic devices, cell phones, etc.) should be left in your hotel, lodge or camp's safe (when available). If you must carry any valuables with you, keep them on your person at all times and do not leave them unattended. For everyday access, use a money belt or pouch rather than a wallet or handbag. When traveling it is always prudent to exercise caution when using your credit and/or ATM cards to avoid the risk of fraudulent charges. You should never leave valuables unattended in either a hotel room or inside any vehicle.
